DISSOLVING DEADLOCK IN MARRIAGE SETTLEMENT DISCUSSIONS

Mark 3:27

Obviously, some misunderstandings are caucaused by the enemy to create confusion amidst the brethren and disrupt the free flow of God’s power and anointing. If you find yourself in this situation, endeavour to break the power behind it before you go for reconciliatory discussions.

Hebrews 12: 14,15: “Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you and thereby many be defiled.”

Whatever happens in our relationships we must seek to maintain peace. When there are disagreements, discord and strife, we should always seek a peaceful solution. When we are hurt, bruised or battered in a relationship, there is a tendency for resentment and bitterness. But when we become bitter, we hurt ourselves. Many are sick because of bitterness which affects their relationship with God. Bitterness defiles a person.

The Bible tells us that before we can see God, before we can enter into His presence through acceptable praise worship, we must have a right relationship with man.

As you pray these prayer points, the love of God will melt all the bitterness in your heart and you will reach peaceful agreement with those you disagree with.

• CONFESSIONS

Matt. 19:26: But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Jer. 32:17: Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:

PRAISE WORSHIP

Thank God for all the settlement initiatives.

Thank God because with Him nothing shall be impossible.

Let the spirit of peace reign within the heart of my . . ., in the name of Jesus.

I command every strange hand to be taken off my marriage, in the name of Jesus.

I disengage the hand of evil manipulators from my home, in the name of Jesus.

Every spirit of rebellion and strife, be put to shame, in Jesus’ name.

Let every yoke of creating deadlocks in the settlement be melted away, in the name of Jesus.

Lord, re-write my name in the heart of. . . (mention the name of the person).

I paralyse all the enemies of peace in my home, in Jesus’ name.

Every yoke of disagreement, be completely broken, in Jesus’ name.

Let all fake sympathizers be put to shame, in the name of Jesus.

Holy Spirit, take the control over all subsequent meetings and dialogues.

Holy Spirit, put Your own words into all contributing mouths in this matter.

I arrest every creator of deadlocks and paralyse them, in the name of Jesus.

Let every acidic contributions to settlement discussions be dissolved, in the name of Jesus.

Let every demonic storm rising against my home be punctured, in the name of Jesus.

I bind the spirit of hatred and lack of compromise, in Jesus’ name.

Lord, let the hedge of thorns go into operation in every area where it is needed in my marriage.

Let all the activities of strange man/woman fueling the

strife be rendered null and void, in the name of Jesus.

O God, let Your face shine upon our marital relationship, in the name of Jesus.

O Lord, heal all marital diseases plaguing my home.
