At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.

They hatch cockatrice’ eggs, and weave the spider’s web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper.

The word cockatrice is an old English word that describes a serpent of highly venomous character.

For, behold, I will send serpents, cockatrices, among you, which will not be charmed, and they shall bite you, saith the LORD.

It is a dangerous viper that is about a foot long. In fact, the cockatrice is one of the most dangerous serpents. It is extremely hostile and fearsome because of its poison. One of the characteristics of the cockatrice is that its bite will automatically result in death. The cockatrice is, therefore, a member of God’s elite army. It is a tough weapon.

DEADLY WEAPONS

Whenever agents of darkness toy with God’s children, they must embrace the poison of the cockatrice. Beloved, there is no mercy for the enemy on the field of battle.

Deadly weapons are allowed when demonic agents are sent to assassinate you and consequently swallow your destiny. You must take tough prayer points against them. You need to be aggressive and command the cockatrice to bite and poison any power that has vowed that your marriage will fail, your business will collapse, your calling will be buried or your virtues will be swallowed by the power of your father’s house.
