WEAPONS 43 – GREAT FURNACE

THIS WEAPON IS HANDY WHEN YOU WANT TO HARASS THE POWERS THAT HARASS YOU.

THIS IS A WEAPON THAT WILL ENABLE YOU ACHIEVE UNCOMMON VICTORY.

IT IS A WEAPON YOU CAN USE WHEN THE ENEMY IS CHALLENGING YOUR GOD.

WHEN DELIVERANCE BECOMES HARD TO OBTAIN, MAKE USE OF THIS WEAPON.

YOU CAN USE THIS WEAPON WHEN YOU WANT GOD TO PROVE HIMSELF IN YOUR LIFE.

IT IS A WEAPON FOR OPPRESSING YOUR OPPRESSORS.

God has a great array of weapons that have things to do with fire. An easy explanation for this is that fire will be the final weapon of dealing with Satan and all enemies of God. Fire is a great weapon of judgment; a strong weapon for defeating the enemy. It is a weapon for silencing evil voices. It is used to disgrace satanic soldiers. It is the divine weapon for chasing hidden enemies out of their place of hiding. It is a weapon for show-casing the supremacy of the power of God over the power of the enemy.

Weapons that are rooted in fire constitute the most formidable weapons made available for us in the realm of spiritual warfare. When a particular weapon is cased in the envelope of fire, such a weapon has superlative powers for granting us speedy, final and decisive victory.

THE PREPARED FURNACE

The weapon we are looking at in this section is the weapon of great furnace. There is a department in heaven where God prepares a great furnace in readiness for use in dealing with his enemies. No matter the military power of a particular army, if the opposing army can make use of a great furnace to destabilize the enemy, the army that uses furnace will obtain quick and cheap victory.

I learnt one of the greatest lessons of my life when I was very young. A bully of a boy kept harassing me on daily basis. My stature was so small in those days. The boy kept cheating and obtaining from me whatever I went to school with. He would come and say; give me what you brought to school today and I would hand over everything with timidity

BLIND THE ENEMY

He kept on taking advantage of me until one day I decided to tackle him boldly, but intelligently. The bully challenged me as usual. But, on that particular day I told him that he shouldn’t mess up with me. As he tried to beat me up I located his two eyes and dipped my fingers filled with hot balm into his eyes. That was how I over powered him. Before he could scamper for safety he found himself on the floor with his eyes filled with forced tears. Since my weapon was superior that was the last time he ever challenged me.

The correlation here is that if you make use of a weapon that blinds the enemy your victory will be unchallengeable or uncontestable. Beloved, heaven has a great furnace. This weapon has been reserved for seasons of great battles. The power and the devastating effects of a great furnace cannot be quantified. Beloved, God does not need to create this weapon. He has already created it, waiting for us to make use of it. The Bible describes the immense power of a great furnace below. Rev. 9:2

“And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.”

If the smoke of a great furnace has blinding power, can you imagine the effect of its raw fire? This is the weapon to use when the enemy is challenging your God and evil powers are boasting saying “who is that God.” This is a weapon to use when you are tired of being tossed to and fro by powers that keep people under bondage. This weapon will surely put an end to your bondage.

PRAYER POINTS

1. Every power that wants me to die, die in my place in the great furnace, in the name of Jesus.

• Father utilize the power of Your great furnace and burn to ashes every plantation of the enemy, in the name of Jesus.

• Father, utilize the weapon of Your great furnace to swallow every power that has swallowed my destiny, in the name of Jesus.

• Father, utilize the power of Your great furnace to burn to ashes every serpent and scorpion assigned against me, in the name of Jesus.

• Father, let the power of the great furnace be released to burn to ashes every plantation of darkness, in the name of Jesus.
